Nar Phu Valley trekking is the best trek of Annapurna region and for those who want to explore hidden valley. The Nar and Phu valleys are newly opened trekking in Nepal. Nar Phu valley trek is opened for the tourist since 2003 AD, which takes to you the remote part of Nepal, populated by Nepalese Tibetans who depend on livestock. Nar Phu Valley Trekking is combines with high peaks and passes, glaciers, remote villages, narrow valleys, beautiful green forests, amazing rock structure, gompas and exclusive Tibetan cultures.

Nar Phu valley treks start from Syange following the popular trekking trails to Annapurna Circuits and separate from Koto to follow the off the beaten path to Nar phu valley in the north side of Manang and pass the Kang La pass with magnificent view of Annapurna. The Kang La pass links Nar with Manang and 3 other Bhotia villages in the Neyshang valley. Nar Phu Valley Trek is popular as non-touristic destination and also rich in typical culture. Buddhist pilgrims from around Nepal might escort us up to Phu to visit the famous Tashi Lha Khang monastery and receive a blessing from Lama Karma Sonam Rinpochhe.

Along with spending time at these impressive villages, we explore the high alpine valleys above Phu and crossing Kang La pass 5322m from Nar to Ngwal on the Pisang route leading back into the Annapurna circuit. After crossing Kang La Pass 5322m, we will head west over the Thorong La pass (5416-meter) and down through lower Mustang where we will spend a few day exploring before heading on to Jomsom and finally fly back to Pokhara and Kathmandu.
